It automates role assignments, permissions, point funding, and recognition processes, ensuring accurate analytics and seamless employee status updates reflected in dashboards and reports.

- AI Coaching: The AI Coaching Tool is designed to enhance employee recognition by analyzing recognition text, aligning it with the company's core values, and providing suggestions to improve recognition messaging. The provided coaching aims to eliminate fear, accommodate language barriers, and enhance recognition by offering diverse options tailored to the audience.
- AI Monitoring: AI monitors all in-platform communication channels for inclusivity, foul language, and negative sentiment to ensure the platform provides a positive experience. If content is flagged, the AI monitoring tool will prevent it from being published and give suggestions on how the user can improve the messaging to allow the recognition to be published.
- Survey Analysis: We use AI to help diagnose survey results and identify opportunities and trends. The AI tool will provide recommended strategies for admins and managers to implement, aiming to improve employee engagement, retention, and cultural alignment.
- Benchmarking: We use AI to provide open-source benchmarking data, so clients can understand how their survey results align with similarly sized companies in the same industry.
- Survey Creation: Automatically create surveys for your company using AI. Enter your survey topic and AI will automatically create an impactful survey for the client to review, approve, edit, or delete.
- Real-Time Language Translation: AI allows for instant translation of both static and dynamic content on our sites. This helps our clients remove language barriers and create a global culture of recognition.
